Carolyn is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Lactation Counselor. She graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship and Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at SUNY Oneonta.

Her passion is community nutrition and food. She focuses on HAES, intuitive and mindful eating, and integrative and functional nutrition principles, and incorporates them into your specific nutritional concerns to provide individualized and professional nutrition counseling.

Growing up and living in the stunning upstate countryside, Carolyn enjoys playing in her flower and vegetable gardens and showing her daughters how delicious, homegrown food, soil under your nails, and sun on your skin keeps you healthy, beautiful and young.
